Mark Miller has over 10 years of personal training experience. In early 2008 he founded Mark Miller Fitness to create a new kind of fitness experience for his clients. He has helped innumerable people reach their fitness goals; from general fitness, weight loss and rehab programs to highly specific sports performance training. Mark believes a supportive client-trainer relationship is as important as technical expertise in a trainer. Mark is certified by the American Fitness Professionals Association and will be certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.

LuAnne Miller has over 35 years of fitness and personal training experience. She holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Professional Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine. Prior to joining the Mark Miller Fitness team, LuAnne worked in the Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation setting. LuAnne was an accomplished competitive gymnast at the NCAA Division I level as well as Pennsylvania State Champion. She has spent years coaching gymnastics and teaching group exercise classes, but to LuAnne, personal training provides a unique client-trainer relationship which allows her to concentrate on each clients' personal fitness goals.

Mike Howard is a 2007 graduate of Salisbury University where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition. Mike is a Certified Professional Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine. His training approach mixes a variety of different training techniques to form a unique and athletic fitness experience. He combines functional training, and athletic strength and conditioning techniques with traditional exercises so you're never bored.
